PMI Los Padres Monthly Newsletter
For advertising in our Newsletter, we offer the excellent rates of:
$80 full page
$40 half page ads
*An additional 10% discount is offered for 6 months or more of consecutive advertising
These are among the lowest rates of any PMI chapter for a wide geographic coverage -- San Luis Obispo, Ventura, Santa Barbara, and western Los Angeles Counties.
Our newsletter is distributed via email to almost 2,000 members and project management professionals, and also archived on our website. We publish electronically to a PDF file, and on occasion in print.

Newsletter Advertising Deadlines
The advertising deadline is the first day of each month in which you want your advertisement to run. Our Newsletter is published around the 7th of each month to allow enough time to incorporate pictures and articles from the previous months Thousand Oaks dinner meeting.Advertising Content File Format
The preferred format for ads is JPG. Please send a high quality image in the ad size preferred --we will compress as needed for publication.Upload Your Ad

You may also showcase your product, services, or upcoming seminar at one of our monthly dinner meetings. Dinner Meetings are held the last Thursday of each month in Thousand Oaks.
We provide three levels of advertising in return for your donation of a raffle prize (e.g., a free coupon for your services, free seminar ticket(s), or whatever you choose), which will be raffled off that evening to a dinner meeting guest or be given to one of our volunteers.
The level of advertising depends on the value of the raffle prize as follows:
1) $40 to $100 – 2 to 3 minutes for you (or us) to present your product, service, or seminar at the dinner meeting.
2) $125 to $250 – 3 to 6 minutes to present.
3) $300 or greater – 6 to 9 minutes to present, plus a full-page ad in the PMI Los Padres Newsletter for the next month’s edition.
We will also set up a table in the back of the room for brochures.
Dinner Meeting Deadline
