The purpose of this workshop is to assist participants in their preparation for the PMP® Certification Exam by providing a structured review of the areas to focus on for the test. This workshop is not intended as a primary source of the knowledge and understanding required in order to be successful on the exam. Each session of the workshop will be facilitated by a PMP® and is intended to be highly interactive.

Course includes:

·                             Face to face presentation

·                             Supporting exercises during the course

·                             Memorizing tools and techniques

·                             What to expect during the test

Course materials provided:

·                             A copy of the Version 4 PMBOK®

·                             Crosswinds “PMP® Exam Success Series: Certification Exam Manual” with accompanying CD containing hundreds of sample test questions

A light breakfast will be provided.  There will be 1 hour break for lunch from 12:00PM to 1:00PM

Total number of accredited hours (PDUs): 7 per day x 6 days = 42 maximum PDUs. Attendance will be taken; any time missed will be deducted for the accredited hours of the course.

Students will receive a certificate at the end of the course with the total number of hours attended.  These hours can be applied to the PMI® 35 hours educational training requirement as part of the PMP® application process.
